If the state tourney was today(this changes every day Feb 1st). You have to be in top 16 and win ur league to get moved up to a home game in top 8. If you knock off someone above you in league and qualify then you can get in state without being in the top 16. There are 12 berths from league playoffs(2 per league) and 4 at large rpi berths. These berths based on the league tourney.
